sefr is your window to what's familiar, wherever you are. Operated by Sefr LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a Virginia-based company, we're here to help you discover and connect with your local community—starting with the people and places that feel like home. By using our mobile app or website (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use sefr.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use sefr. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian permission. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Do not share your login credentials with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or applicable laws.

3. Use of the App

• Use sefr only for lawful purposes.

• Not interfere with the App's security, functionality, or accessibility for others.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you post but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content to operate and promote sefr.
• We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

5. Location Services

• sefr uses real-time location data to display relevant nearby spots and services.
• By using the App, you consent to our use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, and content provided by sefr are owned by Sefr LLC or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute sefr content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

• sefr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of locations, services, or businesses listed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sefr LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
